NISSAN D21 Electrical System Wiring Front Underhood problems : 1.

I Drove Somewhere, Parked The Truck And I Smelled Something Burning And Saw Smoke Coming From Under The Hood. I Asked Someone If They Had A Fire Extinguisher And They Did. I Opened The Hood And The Guy Used The Fire Extinguisher To Put The Fire Out. It Started In The Wiring Harness Under The Hood. More Specifically, There Is A Resistor And A Capacitor Coming Out Of The Wiring Harness (near The Driver-side Headlight / Distributor Coil Area) That Was On Fire. I Don’t Know How Many nissan Trucks Have This Defect, But That’s For nissan And The Government To Keep Track Of. I Would Also Like To Know, How Many electrical / Wiring Harness Fires Have To Occur Before A Recall Is In Order? *jb
