The Contact Owns A 2010 nissan armada. The Contact Stated While The Vehicle Was Parked The Vehicle Was On And The Transmission Shifted Out Of Gear Independently. The Vehicle Then Crashed Into Another Parked Vehicle While The Gear Shift Lever Was Stuck In The Park Position. When The Passenger Exit The Front Passenger’s Side They Were Struck By The Front Door As The Vehicle Rolled. The Passenger Sustained Injuries To The Shoulder And Left Knee. The Rear Driver’s Side Bumper Exhibited Two Scratches And A Small Dent. A Police Report Was Filed. The Vehicle Was Towed To An Authorized Dealer Where It Was Currently Being Diagnosed. The Manufacturer Was Not Notified Of The Problem. The Approximate Failure Mileage Was 63,000.
